    It’s May. The weather is better. There is more daylight. That means time to get outdoors more! Need some ideas: 1. Get out there and hike! The state of Maine is perfect for this and here is a list of some great hikes. 2. Just get outdoors! Walk, run, bike, kayak. 3. Time to clean up that yard. Want to burn some calories?   • The truth about change (and making progress)

    The other day I was in the middle of workout and listening to a podcast. A guest said something to the effect of: “Change is going to happen no matter what. It’s up to YOU to decide whether that change is progress.” This quote got me. I have a LOT I want to accomplish this year. How about you? It’s already May… can you believe that?
