Each personal training session lasts 60 minutes and includes a proper warm-up, strength training tailored to your goals, cardio, and a cool-down/stretch. You'll have a coach guiding you every step of the way, with the added motivation of training alongside others.

3. Do you offer group classes?

Yes! Every membership includes our Saturday group class at no extra cost. It's a fun, cardio-focused workout to kick off your weekend. Our main focus, however, is personal training in a small-group setting where you get coaching, accountability, and lasting results.

4. Do I need to be in shape before I start?

Not at all. Many members begin as beginners. Our coaches meet you where you are and help you build strength, confidence, and energy safely.

5. Can I train if I have injuries or health concerns?
