Each personal training session lasts 60 minutes and includes a proper warm-up, strength training tailored to your goals, cardio, and a cool-down/stretch. You'll have a coach guiding you every step of the way, with the added motivation of training alongside others.
Yes! Every membership includes our Saturday group class at no extra cost. It's a fun, cardio-focused workout to kick off your weekend. Our main focus, however, is personal training in a small-group setting where you get coaching, accountability, and lasting results.
