Our semi-private personal training offers a small group environment capped at 8 participants, led by a coach guiding you through a personalized exercise program tailored to your needs, goals, and fitness level. Enjoy personalized programming, great coaching, and a fun, small group atmosphere.

Group Training
Group training, offered only on Saturdays to members, is a great way to start your weekend with a sweat. This cardio-focused, 50-minute workout is led by a coach who will guide you through a calorie-burning session.
