A few months ago I reached probably the most unhealthy I’ve ever been. A co-worker recommended ACF and we’re in week 4 of group workouts and my wife and I love it. ACF is a home away from home. As a complete novice to working out, I was very nervous, but that feeling melted away so quickly! The small group atmosphere is supportive and not at all intimidating. ACF is great! It took me 6 months to finally make the call and I have never regretted it. The workouts are great and leave you feeling even better, especially on the days you think you’re not quite up to it! Adam and his staff are very knowledgeable and if you have a limitation such as carpal tunnel they quickly know an alternative exercise. Don’t procrastinate! Getting onboarded was so easy and I immediately felt part of the community, just after a few weeks. The classes are challenging but fun, while also being flexible and customizable. I started working with Adam in January 2018 at the Y and have continued to work with him at Adam Clark Fitness. A goal I set then was to climb Ben Nevis (highest Mt. in the British Isles) while vacationing in Scotland. DONE! Working with Adam helped me build strength and stamina.
