Happy June! I hope your month is off to a great start!

Today, I want to talk about consistency.

Far too often, we try to do too much and when we are trying to do too many things, it’s like we are drinking water out of a fire hose. It just doesn’t work.

What about simplifying?

A great formula for success is simplification AND consistency.

These always win.

There are going to be times when you don’t do it, don’t feel like you have enough time, or don’t think you’re good enough. That's okay.

Consistency is showing up and giving your best on that very day.

The best athletes get better by consistently working on their game - shooting 500 free throws per day, doing film study, and hitting the weight room a certain number of times per week.

The best writers get better by consistently writing. They block out time, put pen to paper, and write. Books don’t happen overnight. They happen over time.

The best financial people don’t get rich quickly. They consistently save and invest money over the long term.

If you want to get better in any area of your life, be consistent.

The members at ACF who have made the biggest changes didn’t do something overnight and then the switch flipped. They consistently showed up to the gym, they consistently ate well, they consistently worked on their mindset, and boom - they got sustainable results.

Don’t always look at the “now” view. Make sure you ZOOM out and see all the progress you’ve made because if you’re consistent, there is plenty of progress.
