The new year is here, and it’s the perfect time to set the tone for 2025. That’s why Adam Clark Fitness is thrilled to announce our Healthy Habits Challenge: Start the Year on the RIGHT FOOT! ????

This fun and FREE accountability challenge is designed to help you:
✅ Build consistent, healthy habits.
✅ Stay accountable and focused as you kick off the year.
✅ Create momentum that carries you into a successful 2025.

Who Can Join?

The challenge is open to everyone—ACFers and non-ACFers alike—and can be done anywhere. Whether you’re starting fresh or looking to get back on track, this challenge is for you!

How It Works

From January 20 to February 10, you’ll focus on simple daily and weekly habits that help you build consistency and momentum. Goals include:

  • 6,000-8,000 steps per day
  • Getting outside for 20 minutes daily
  • 2 strength training sessions per week (30+ minutes each)
  • Limiting added sugar to less than 20g per day
  • Avoiding caffeine after 2 PM

You’ll track your progress daily and reflect weekly to celebrate wins, address challenges, and refine your habits.

The best part? Everyone who completes the challenge will be entered into a raffle to win an awesome prize!
