  • Taking 6,000-8,000 steps per day

  • Completing 2 strength training sessions weekly
  • Limiting added sugar to less than 20g per day
  • Avoiding caffeine after 2 PM

You’ll also track your progress and reflect weekly to build momentum that will carry you through 2025.
