A Simple Challenge That Can Change EVERYTHING

Let’s keep it simple today—and actionable.

I do this every week, but I want you to commit to something for me.

Take time this week (pick a day) to reflect. Ask yourself:

  • What are my wins?
  • What are some areas to improve?
  • What are my to-dos for the upcoming week?

Do this for four weeks. Then, at the end of the month, reflect on the entire process.

We live day-to-day, and everyone is busy. But I promise—you can take 5-10 minutes to do this. Too often, I see people get stuck in the daily grind, failing to recognize their progress. They don’t celebrate wins, get frustrated, and then that frustration leads to feeling like a failure. And when that happens, they quit.

Don’t do that. Reflection is important. It gives you a clear picture of what you’ve accomplished (trust me, you have wins), what you can improve, and what’s ahead.

It also helps you zoom out. If you looked at your progress over a month, or even 3-6 months, you’d probably say, Wow, I’ve actually accomplished a lot.

It’s often said that we overestimate what we can get done in a day but underestimate what we can achieve in a year.

Who’s up for the challenge? Let me know if you’re in! I know it’s helped me and guarantee it can help YOU!
