Summer’s Busy—but That Doesn’t Mean You Hit Pause

Let’s face it—summer can throw off even the best routines. Vacations, weddings, family BBQs, kids’ camps… all great things, but they can make it harder to stay consistent.

We still want to see you in the gym. We want you getting your sessions in, staying committed, and making yourself a priority. But we also know that sometimes, a week goes sideways.

That’s where having a plan B matters.

You don’t need a full gym to keep your momentum. A short bodyweight workout, a long walk, or a few resistance band moves can go a long way in helping you stay on track when life gets busy.

Here’s a quick bodyweight workout you can take anywhere (no equipment required):

  • 10 squats
  • 10 push-ups (use a bench or wall if needed)
  • 30-second plank
  • 20 walking lunges (10/side)
  • 30 jumping jacks or high knees

Repeat for 2–4 rounds depending on time.

This isn’t about being perfect—it’s about staying connected to your routine, even when the schedule isn’t ideal. Don’t give up on yourself. Don’t stress if things aren’t perfect. Just do what you can—and get back in the gym as soon as you can.

We’ve even put together some simple workouts you can do on the road. Click here for that!

Stay consistent. Stay strong. You’ve got this.
