With weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and consistent support, you'll stay focused and motivated. This program is designed to help you stop starting over and build momentum that lasts.
Before I started, I was struggling to lose weight and move better because of a knee injury. It felt like I couldn't get in front of the problem - two steps forward and three steps back. This time has been different because of the support and consistency with my food choices and movement. I've seen steady, slow weight loss and feel more motivated to keep going without losing my motivation. Overall, I'm feeling better and like I'm moving in a good direction toward my goals.
Before I started, I didn't feel like myself. I was unhappy with myself and not doing anything about it other than having a pity party. It felt hopeless trying to make changes. This time, I'm focusing on small changes over time rather than everything all at once. I've already seen changes like coming to more ACF sessions, eating more fruits and veggies, and reading more. It feels less overwhelming and more hopeful, and I feel like I can.
Before I started, I lacked energy, didn't feel strong, and had gained a lot of weight. I wasn't feeling like the best version of myself. The frustration felt like I was stuck, and I believed that if I couldn't do it perfectly, it wasn't worth doing. This time, I'm embracing not being perfect. I'm much stronger, I feel healthier with more energy, and I've lost inches even though the scale hasn't moved much. I'm more mindful with my eating and making healthier choices, and it's had a positive impact on my life. I feel good after working out in the morning and want to continue on this path.
