Meghan wears a lot of hats.

She is an educator, a student, a mom, a spouse, and an all-around all-star. She has a lot going on, a lot of people who count on her, and plenty of reasons why it would be easy to put herself at the bottom of the list.

But she does not.

Meghan makes her health a priority.

She shows up, works hard, takes coaching, and always brings a smile with her. She is one of those people who makes the gym feel better just by walking through the door. She encourages others, brings great energy, and makes the people around her better.

And do not let the smile fool you.

She works.

Meghan is consistent, coachable, and willing to give her best effort. She listens, asks questions, and trusts the process. She does not wait for everything to be perfect before she takes action. She comes in, does the work, and keeps moving forward.

She has also dealt with injuries along the way, and that is an important part of her story.

When something is bothering her, she communicates with us. We modify what needs to be modified, adjust the plan, and find a way for her to keep training safely.

She does not disappear.

She does not decide the entire routine is ruined.

She stays engaged and does what she can do well.

That is what good personal training should look like.

Not every workout has to be the same. Not every season will be perfect. Sometimes progress means lifting more weight, and sometimes it means working around an injury, staying consistent, and keeping momentum.

Meghan understands that.

She also understands something a lot of busy adults need to hear.

You do not have to wait for life to slow down before you start taking care of yourself.

For most people, life is not going to suddenly become less busy. The answer is learning how to make your health part of the life you already have.

That is where coaching, structure, and accountability can make a big difference.

At Adam Clark Fitness in Brewer, Maine, we work with people who have jobs, families, appointments, injuries, travel, and real schedules. The goal is not to create a plan that only works during a perfect week.

The goal is to build one that works in real life.

Meghan is a great example of that.

She shows up.

She does the work.

She adjusts when needed.

And she keeps getting stronger.

Meghan, we are incredibly proud of you. Thank you for the energy you bring into the gym, the example you set, and the way you continue to work hard while lifting up the people around you.

Keep smiling, keep showing up, and keep getting 1% better every day.
